This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, confirm charter availability, and, if you proceed, to plan and run your charter, including coordinating pickup, timing, and any details relevant to your day on the water. Josh does not use your information for marketing and will not contact you for any purpose unrelated to your enquiry or booking.
Sharing
Your information is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Enquiry submissions are delivered to Josh by email through a transactional email provider (Resend), which processes the message solely to deliver it and does not use its contents for any other purpose.
Retention
Enquiry and booking details are kept only as long as needed to plan your charter and meet any record-keeping requirements, then deleted or archived securely.
Your rights
